I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, happy I like working with kids because it is rewarding to create a fun, patient, and happy connection. I love encouraging all kinds of play whether it is kicking a soccer ball, crafts, games, legos, really anything! I'm looking for a job during the weekends. I started working with kids when I opened a state-certified at-home daycare caring for 3 toddlers when I was 27 years old. I then focused on raising my own 3 children who are now in college and/or their last years of high school. I am 49 years old now. In my spare time, I run, hike, read, creative home projects. One thing you should know about me is I truly enjoy caring for kids. I like to make it as fun and engaging as I can based on the interests of the children. My skills include a strong ability to stay on a schedule. An abundance of patience. The ability to kindly redirect when needed, ensuring we are always engaged in positive activities within a positive atmosphere.
