We found Jenifer on care.com last year and are so happy we did! She started caring for our baby E. at about 2 and a 1/2 months old. We loved how comfortable and natural she was with such a small baby. We asked Jenifer to speak in Spanish with our baby but she is happy to do English, Spanish, or both. She is incredibly interactive and is always singing, reading books, playing with toys, or going for walks with the baby. As a first time mom who was nervous to leave her baby and go back to work, Jenifer made the transition incredibly easy. She has also been really helpful in helping us tackle new things like starting solids and improving her nap schedule. E. lights up when Jenifer arrives each morning which is really all you need to know. Jenifer has been an amazing nanny and we are sad to part ways! We would have loved to continue with her even longer if we were not moving for my husband's job this April. We strongly recommend Jenifer and could not have had a better experience with her.
