There aren't enough good things to say about Jen! We hired her for our 3 month old when I went back to work and I was super anxious about leaving her with anyone. Jen made us so comfortable right away. She treated our daughter as her own. I had zero anxiety after the first day. Jen took the best care of our daughter and on top of that cleaned the house when the baby was sleeping, offered to prep meals. I don't think she ever sat down! Jen took her for walks, always had activities and read and played the whole day. Our daughter absolutely loves Jen and we are so sad to see her go. Jen was always early and never cancelled. You really are lucky if you can hire her, you will have nothing to worry about!
