About Jelena

Hi! I'm an energetic, positive caregiver and am excited to help with your childcare. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Physician Assistant studies after graduating with a Bachelors in Neuroscience, and have a large interest in pediatrics. I worked in a pediatric unit for over 2 years as a medical assistant taking care of patients ages 3-18 years old with their activities of daily living, so I feel comfortable working with a wide age range of children. I was also a camp counselor for children ages 6-10, and feel comfortable designing activities - I love doing crafts! Additionally, I have 3 younger siblings and was a frequent caregiver for them for several years before moving to Brooklyn. Each family and child is different, and I'm so excited to have the opportunity to interview with you and learn more about your needs and expectations of me. I'd be happy to hear from you - thank you!
