Jean is very compassionate and kind. She is attentive to patients needs. She was reliable and frequently picked up shifts when others called out. Jean performs her duties efficiently and works best when given adequate training that sets her up for success. She is respectful to everyone she encounters. She was a pleasure to work with at Unity Psychiatric Care in Columbia. I was the Director of Nursing and left the company prior to Jean's separation. Several staff in management and patient care left around the same time.
