I reached out to Jeanette in an emergency situation last week to provide home care for my stepmom. Unfortunately, we had home care providers who were "no shows" and who quit with only giving our family an hour's notice. I called her early in the morning, and she literally got out of bed and was at my mom's home within the hour. We had to reach out to her a second time a day later at 10:00 p.m. to provide care due to a "no show" home care provider. From those experiences, Jeanette has continued to impress our family. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, and committed to the well care and quality of life for my stepmom. Her values align with our values to provide my stepmom with quality care for the long term. Jeanette is a diligent worker, and she is willing to do what is necessary to serve and support our family. She has been a beacon of light to our family, and we are thankful for her professionalism and service.
