Three star review because it is the average of 1 star and 5 stars. Jazmine was great with our baby and we think she would have been a great nanny (5 stars). However, she quit on her first day and only worked the week after having just signed a contract saying she would give 4 weeks notice. This caused our family substantial hardship. Perhaps this was just a one time thing, but it violated the contract she had just signed and left us in a lurch (1 star).
