About Jaymie

I'd describe my personality as warm, genuine, and engaging. I like caring for seniors because they are often very lonely yet have wonderful personalities to share with someone who cares. I'm looking for a job that is part time and just a little something that helps others. I started caring for seniors when I was in graduate school for my masters in counseling. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I enjoy reading, exercising, and watching our kids take part in activities. One thing you should know about me is that I am dependable and genuine. My dad had private care in his final days, and those individuals were a huge help to my mom. Just having an outside, trustworthy individual stop in for a couple hours can be greatly appreciated! I also used to work for a hospice years ago in Virginia, and really enjoyed my work as a grief counselor. My skills include listening, forming a genuine friendship, and being there to assist in daily life activities.
