About Jaylin

Hi! I'm Jaylin, and I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for kids while helping busy families however I can. As the oldest of three siblings, caring for children has always been a big part of my life. For the past year and a half, I've worked at a daycare caring for and teaching children from 6 months to 3 years old, and I've also spent the past 2 years coaching club volleyball, which has strengthened my leadership, patience, and communication skills. I'm also fluent in Spanish, which helps me connect with more children and families. I'm responsible, flexible, patient, and calm under pressure. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through outdoor activities, sports, games, and creative play while making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I'm CPR certified and always prioritize safety, communication, and following each family's routines and preferences. My goal is to be someone both kids and parents can trust and feel comfortable around.
