Hi! I'm Jayla! I would describe my personality as caring, self-starting, and organized. I see the opportunity to positively impact both kids and parents for a season or for the rest of their lives as a gift! I am looking for a job with clear communication and a positive employee/employer relationship. I love working with children and I am gifted and experienced in household management, childcare, and caring for children with intellectual disabilities. I understand that having someone in your home and pouring into your kids' lives is an extremely personal thing, so good communication is very important to me so that I understand your expectations for me and so that you know what all is going on with your children.
