Hello! I have 10 years of professional experience with watching little ones! I enjoy interacting with kids along as watching & helping them grow. I also have a little one of my own. I am new to the area and currently taking prerequisites in hopes to get into nursing school next fall. I currently work as a nursing assistant at upmc, directing care on the med surge / neurology unit. Working with patients going through withdrawal, stroke symptoms and dementia. In general I deal with people from many walks of life. From tiny to children to the elderly. I consider myself very hardworking and dedicated to whatever I put my mind too. Jayla was wonderful! We hired her as a supplement to part time daycare for one week while I oriented for a new job. Our biggest concern was needing someone to be at our home VERY early in the morning because of my start time. Jayla was punctual and professional. Our 20 month old took to her immediately. There were tears when I left for work, but Jayla quickly soothed him. Thank you for helping us through this tough time!
