About Jayesh

Hi everyone, I am a professional college math tutor, now open to work to help students increase their confidence in math (algebra/geometry and calculus) problem solving. Typically, I utilize active teaching and learning techniques, for example eliciting engaging questions to help understand a math problem in its entirety; following a student's lead at next steps to solve a problem of choice, viewing from their perspective to recognize their math talent and invoking corrective thought process to help progressively think on their feet; selectively extend learnings between diverse set of problems of a student's choice. I am now able and willing to serve students studying in high school (freshman up to senior year).
