Hi families! My name is Jax, and I have over nine years of professional childcare and household management experience supporting busy, fast-paced families. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. I come from a large family, which naturally shaped my nurturing, adaptable, and upbeat personality. I genuinely enjoy the energy and spontaneity children bring to everyday life and have extensive experience working in ever-changing environments. From managing busy schedules to helping keep a home running smoothly, I pride myself on being proactive, dependable, calm under pressure, and someone families can truly rely on. I also understand the importance of professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and creating a peaceful, supportive environment within high-profile and private households. Outside of childcare, I love traveling, spending time with my pup, and cooking different cuisines - especially Mexican, Korean, and Indian dishes.
