About Javon

Hi, my name is Javon although I usually go by Trane. I've worked with kids for over 5 years. I've worked with two other family's from care. com, one of which I occasionally still work with on various weekends. Before care. com I worked as a youth counselor/behavioral health specialist at a group home for 2 years. I took the interest in that job in particular due to being in a group home myself as a child so I figured since I've had experience from a child perspective I could make a great impact. Generally working with kids has been a lot more in my comfort zone contrary to other job titles such as retail. I've always been pretty energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing so it always felt like it would be more beneficial using those traits in something a lot more beneficial for both others and I. I'm very active and I occupy a lot of hobbies such as making music, playing sports, playing videos games, or anything new. I'm hoping I'm ideal for what you're looking for as manny! (male nanny) :)
