About Javon

I'd describe my personality as energetic, dependable, and caring. I like working with kids because I am a psychology major who likes to help kids learn and express themselves in different ways. I'm looking for a job that provides personal fulfillment, experience in my field, and a caring family that could use my help. I started working with kids around 8 years ago. My high school had a program where we could help elementary students with homework, preparing for events such as picture day, and how to regulate their emotions. I also have experience with children on the autism spectrum. One thing you should know about me is I am able to adapt to a child's needs quickly. Every child is different personality wise so being able to adjust to their needs in different situations is very important. My skills include problem solving, emotional intelligence, and creativity.
