About Jauni

I have worked many years in the health care field. I spent almost 8 years as an stna working the floor of a dementia psych unit. and while I enjoyed my job, I enjoyed the relationships I was building with my residents most. I decided to pursue a more in home based setting, and that was when I knew exactly what it was I enjoyed most. I enjoyed not only being able to help with daily activities but I was also able to spend one on one time with them, building the relationship and making a new friend. I have spent the last 3 years caring for a woman and her pets in a in home setting. I helped cook all of her meals, I would pick up her grocery orders, I assisted her in taking her meds and her bathing, I prepared all her meals, as well assisted in feeding her animals. I assisted her in any activity she wanted to accomplish as long as it was safe and it made her happy. she inspired me to continue helping families and building new friendships.
