About Jason

Jason was an essential part of my mom's care and a tremendous support to our entire family. He stepped in during some of our most difficult moments--after her fall and hip surgery, through her recovery, and later as she lived with dementia. In my mom’s final days, he was a steady and deeply compassionate presence while she was in hospice. He was with her when she took her last breath, and in that moment he offered comfort and reassurance to both my mom and our family. Jason consistently showed patience, reliability, and genuine kindness in everything he did. More than simply helping with daily needs, he brought a sense of calm, dignity, and deep respect during one of the most painful seasons of our lives. I can still vividly see in my mind the way she would light up and grin at him when he did his silly little dances just to make her feel better. My mom deserved the very best—and because of Jason, that’s exactly what she received.
