As a nurturing mother of 3 with six years in the field (1 on the spectrum) , I'm passionate about supporting families and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment for children. My journey into caregiving was inspired by my positive babysitting experiences and the desire to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. My approach to childcare is centered on patience, creativity, and a friendly disposition. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication methods to ensure a collaborative partnership. When it comes to household rules, I adapt to the parents' guidelines to maintain consistency for the child. My activities with children range from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational play that fosters learning and development. I hold a CPR Training certification as I had two Nicu babies myself , demonstrating my commitment to safety.
