About Jasmine

My name is Jasmine. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work at Simmons University. I have approximately 2 years of experience in childcare, including babysitting, working in group homes and residential homes, and providing case management. I am confident I have the experience to attend to and care for a child or children, completing basic tasks such as routines and homework, for instance. I can also help with grocery shopping, transporting the child or children to after-school programs, or sports practice. In addition, education is very important; therefore, homework will always be done before playtime. I am very outgoing and interactive with children and youths as I work with them, and throughout this time it is exceptionally important to ensure their safety as well. As a social worker, I am confident I have the skills to work with and engage with children(s) and can also teach children and youth coping tools that they can carry as they experience emotions.
