About Jasmine

I hold a dual degree from Cornell University in Economics and Sociology. You can say I am a "math lover" and an empath. My teaching approach caters to the individual. I am here to keep students on academic track assisting with virtual assignments and providing tiered lessons. I teach to the student rather than have the student learn to a specific teaching style. I set aside as I do not use "cookie cutter" worksheets. I incorporate visual, kinesthetic and auditory approaches to learning. I have taught English to nonnative speakers abroad, improved math skills while instilling a love for math. I focus on the whole child's social and emotional needs during these extraordinary times. I provide weekly goal setting sessions with families. I also provide assistance to non native speakers and assist with completion of college/job applications . I provide the resources necessary for ivy league success.
