About Jasmine

I have been babysitting ever since I was 12, and have gained plenty of experience with a range of age groups and personality types. STARS Early Learning and CPR Certificates. Licensed daycare experience. I have experience tutoring high schoolers with ASD, middle, and elementary school students in a variety of subjects. It is my priority to accommodate personal learning styles, rather than taking the same approach with every student. My skills include finding creative ways to entertain children (eg. scavenger hunts, shadow theater, art projects), planning and providing age-appropriate educational activities, mediating conflict, and empathy. Ever since I can remember, I have loved working with children for their boundless creativity, natural curiosity, and eagerness to learn. Having the opportunity to view the world through their unique perspectives brings me unparalleled joy. A few of my hobbies are drawing, yoga, studying psychology, and spending time with my little brother.
