About Jasmine

In the last 12 years, I've offered babysitting services to over 20 families. I've led school-aged and preschool rooms at a daycare center, and worked as a full-time nanny for two loving families. Having extensive experience working with children of all ages, I recognize the significance of developmental stages while simultaneously acknowledging the unique needs of each child. I create an atmosphere that nurtures emotional and mental growth so that each child feels loved, seen, and accepted. This is done through security, stimulation, and unconditional positive regard. As a mother to a lively 5-year-old, I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to my work, treating all children as if they were my own. I am currently enrolled in the Social Work program at the University of Washington, where I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree. My educational background deepens my understanding of child psychology, behavior, and family dynamics fostering a holistic approach to care.
