Nanny Nell has been wonderful to work with since day 1. Before I even met her in person she showed excellent communication with me whether it’s fast responses or answering questions. She is very punctual as well. I work in the medical field and needed someone who understands this. My daughter enjoys having her as her nanny as well and is always happy when I bring her up as far as who is taking her to school in the morning and getting her ready for school. She takes pictures and updates me on things relevant to my child, which I appreciate as a single mother. It is difficult finding a person to look after your child who you can trust, and I have found a wonderful person for that job. She is a recurring nanny for us for morning routine and drop off during the week, but I know if I have a last minute errand that requires someone to watch my daughter, I can count on her.
