About Jariela

I am passionate about bringing joy and nurturing care to children. As a mother of two--a 4-year-old and a 15-month-old--I have both personal and professional experience supporting children's growth and development. I have 3 years of experience working with children ages 1-11, and I find this work incredibly rewarding. I am currently a stay-at-home mom and am looking for a family who would be comfortable with my 15-month-old accompanying me at times. I would love to help out in any way possible. My educational background: I hold a BA degree in Sociology, which I received in 2022. I am currently pursuing my AA degree in Special Education at LAVC, further strengthening my ability to support children with diverse needs. I have completed coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development. I am also a certified Lactation Educator that can provide assistance and guidance with breastfeeding.
