Jariedt came to work for us a few months before our 2nd child was born, and quickly became an indispensable part of our family. For 4.5 years, she was truly the best partner in helping my husband and I raise our two children. She easily handled an extremely rowdy toddler and a newborn, and seamlessly cared for both of them at every developmental stage. As they grew up, she handled pickup and drop off at school and shuttled the kids to/from their activities; she made sure they had friends in the neighborhood and would regularly have playdates at the park and beyond; she created the most magical art projects and played sports with both kids; she handled the kids' laundry and prepped meals and snacks for them; and she traveled with us on occasion. Jariedt is still our kids' preferred "nanny" or "sitter" any time we have plans that don't include the children. I could continue to go on and on, but you get it. She's truly the BEST!
