Integrity and commitment were our main concerns. Rather than fulfilling contract and giving us two weeks notice that she was leaving, she told us the night before. We are having a baby very soon. Jackie has good work ethic with house help & meal prep. In relation to other caregivers we have experienced with our children, we realized that Jackie doesn’t come with a lot of experience but wants to be paid equal to a caregiver that comes with experience and education.
