Jaqueline was with us for over 6 months taking care of our 1.5-year-old before he went to daycare full-time. We are impressed by her professionalism, open communication, patience, and honesty. More specifically: 1) She is always ready to follow through with the day's tasks no matter how mundane and complicated. We had a system in place for our son before she came on board. Jaqueline quickly learned the schedule and became the best friend of our toddler in no time. 2) She frequently texts and updates us on how our son is doing in the playground/playroom because we want to make sure he is gaining social skills even being outside of daycare. Jaqueline then also serves as a thought partner and generates ideas on how to encourage our son to be more social. 3) We find Jaqueline to be flexible and willing to do her best to accommodate our schedules even when that means she has to miss her normal bus which comes infrequently. Overall we are sad to let her go but would definitively rehire her for the honesty she demonstrated in our communication and the patience she showered on our son (who would look for JaJa on weekends) during her tenure here!
