Janella has been our nanny to our 2 year old daughter for a year and we couldn’t live without her! Something that I really appreciated was that she was always on time and hardly asked for time off except for the month she went to visit her family in Ecuador. She has taught our daughter so much including sign language and multiple words in Spanish! She helped out with whatever I needed, prepped food for our daughter & kept everything tidy!
