Janna was nice and friendly, she helped me with babysitting on short notice which was huge help. However I would say her personality is not the super outgoing type and doesn't seem to know how to help my toddler feel more comfortable and at ease when he clearly is not. She did more of watching and assisting than interacting and guiding. Janna was also a little late to the appointment but she helped me with some cleaning in the house and I felt bad she didn't even find time to have her lunch.
