About Janna

I love working with children, pets and the elderly. I have experience volunteering in dog shelters and nursing homes. I also have a passion for educating the youth about science, engineering, technology, and math. I was a camp counselor for a STEM academy in Texas this summer. I also have teaching experience at the college level . My background is in chemistry. I recently finished my thesis over the evolution of the parrot vocal organ. I am also a vegan. I come from a health-conscious family. I love to cook and have a wide array of vegan and pescatarian meals that I can prepare.
