I have been a caregiver to an 89-year-old woman in Edmond for the last 6 months. Her daughter and I are friends through pickleball. I grocery shop, run errands, transport and accompany her to appointments, do some food preparation, wash dishes, lead exercise, encourage and offer companionship. We enjoy our time together. We bring each other joy. I help her 3 to 4 days a week.
