About Janiya

Hi, I'm Janiya! I've been working in childcare for the past two years. I'm also a college student studying elementary education. My passion for working with kids just keeps growing. It's amazing to watch them explore, discover new things, and build confidence. I've always known I wanted to work with children. Being part of their journey-whether I'm teaching them something new, helping them through tough moments, or just being there for them-is really important to me. I'm patient, adaptable, and kind, and I focus on making sure they feel safe and supported. I'm also easy to connect with, which helps parents and kids feel comfortable around me. I want every child I work with to feel valued and encouraged as they grow and learn. Watching them grow and knowing I'm making a difference in their lives is why I love this job so much. That's what keeps me going every day.
