About Janie

Hi! I'm Janie, a dedicated and caring college student pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Northern Kentucky University. I previously worked as a Preschool Teacher at Magnolia Kids Academy, where I gained hands-on experience creating a fun, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. Prior to my role at MKA, I spent several years as a Preschool Gymnastics Instructor where I learned how to create a fun and safe environment that helps children build confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills. I recently stepped away from my teaching role as I'm graduating this spring and beginning my final semester of college. Now, I'm looking for a part-time childcare position that allows me to continue doing what I love. I have over six years of experience working with children through both classroom teaching and extracurriculars. I'm dependable, creative, and patient, and I always strive to make every child feel supported and cared for.
