About Katherine

Nurturing a child's development through 10 + years of dedicated care has been the most rewarding journey of my professional life. My background in Early Childhood Education allows me to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children from infancy through their pre-teen years. I am patient, calm, and highly creative. I am comfortable caring for up to four children, managing household rules consistently, and assisting with meal preparation or travel. I prioritize clear communication, following your preferred method to discuss your child's day. I truly look forward to becoming a supportive, reliable partner in your family's daily life. I have my Masters of Education, with a license to teach Special Education K-12 and Elementary Education K-6. I am currently a kindergarten-second grade special education teacher in a self-contained classroom. This is my fourth year as a certified teacher. I specialize in individualized approached to teaching to best support each learner.
