Janette was the second nanny we had for our two kids and was with us for 4 weeks. We've had other care arrangements and 3 different daycares moving state to state over the years, and Janette was hands down the best care we've ever had. Every day she brought something new and novel to entertain the kids, she planned ahead and did baking several times and even fulfilled our kids dream of making donuts with all the trappings. Janette is respectful, responsible, and experienced. We particularly appreciated the way she worked with the kids when they had strong emotions, she would help the kids work through their emotions and direct and support them with parenting techniques that were in line with how we usually parent. I wish we were lucky enough to have her over a longer period of time she was great for the kids and they always ran to greet her.
