I currently work in an elementary school helping bilingual/general students in Kinder-5th grade in Math and Reading. When I was in high school I was in a program called Elementary Teaching Internship for 2 yrs where I assisted teachers and helped students in any area they needed help on. I've also done volunteer work in summer schools; I mainly worked with a small group of kids in redo work or working on TAKS/STAAR exercises; for 4 yrs. I have been blessed in having great teachers in my life who helped me get through school. Therefore being able to help kids in any way possible is how I pay forward for the ones who have touched and helped me throughout my life.
