Janet worked with us for about 8 months taking care of our son from 8 months old to 16 months. She is an experienced mom and has worked in daycares. She's gentle, patient, kind, and caring but did not give into temper tantrums. She was punctual and communicated in advance if she would miss a day. She kept our son on a routine and helped out around the house during naps when asked. She folded laundry, loaded/unloaded the dishwasher, cooked, and swept up from time to time. She was absolutely wonderful. Any family would be lucky to have her working with them. She also was extremely generous and gave gifts to our son on holidays & his birthday. She even helped take care of our cats while we were away. We feel blessed to have found her when we did.
