About Janet

Hello, my name is Janet, and I love kids. I have plenty of experience with caring for people. Ages include infants, toddlers, small and older children, senior adults and residents of hospitals. I like to keep kids engaged and ready for new things in life. My interest in caregiving began at 17 when I became a certified nurse assistant, and after that, I received my CPR and First Aid certification. I have worked in hospitals, pharmacies, long term care facilities, have credentials to give immunizations, perform CPR and First Aid, and can entertain a 2-year-old. I also have a Bachelor degree in Communications, and believe interpersonal communication is the core to success in families. I'm willing to help with homework, cooking, reading books, working on fun projects, going for walks and getting fresh air. I have previously worked with families on the site as well as for family friends.
