I'd describe my personality as caring, experienced, honest I like caring for seniors because it's in my blood I enjoy getting to know people learning about their past. Hoping to make their future a little more interesting and enjoyable I started caring for seniors when I was 22 In my spare time, I like to be outdoors walking especially by the beach . . I enjoy going to the movies reading, . I am very experienced Over 40 yrs in total. I worked in a nursing home for over 32 yrs . Since then I've been home care for a few clients . Most recently a 95 yr old lady . Who just passed away . Before that a gentleman for 7 yrs . I've became close to them and their families. I do things the old school way . about my clients and try to form a bond and friendship with them . My skills include all aspects of Adl's using of the hoyer life . Gait belt , giving medications. Meal prep. Bathing , hair care . helping with ambulating. Helping with physical therapy.

Janet was our angel. I never worried when she was taking care of my mom. She would inform me of my mom’s conditions, and changes in her. When we needed to make adjustments Janet would help to advise how it would help my mom and the other aides. Janet would let me know if anything was needed so we never ran out. There is a certain level of peace that comes from having someone you can depend on. Janet had the patience that I often lacked. Thank you Janet for being part of our circle of care.
