I have 20 years experience working as a nanny. My longest family was a 10 year job in which I started as a night nurse for newborn twins and then as their full-time caregiver which involved overnight stays. My next family was a 3 year full-time position with a 3-month-old and a 3-year-old, and following that was a 5 year full-time with a 3-month-old and two years later a newborn.
