I'm Janet, a youthful 56 years old woman that's presently seeking just the right pets to care for as the right connection is very important for them, the family, as well as myself. I love to work with animals of various kinds and I have plenty of experience as I've had 4 dogs and two cats all together at the same time and loved it besides many pets my whole life, including rabbits, fish, and turtles. The more the merrier. I have a natural connection with animals as they sense my unconditional love and understanding. I have years of experience with vet appoints as two of my dogs had cancer and 2 operations. I had to follow specific medications and feeding because of it. My dogs ranged from two Rottweiler, Labrador, Dachshund and Jack Russell mix. I've delivered 6 kittens alone. I can walk four or more dogs on a leash with lots of experience there as I loved taking them to the park and the doggie beach. Of course, bathing and grooming weekly. I babysat an Iguana in my home for a week; fed, watered it and talked to it; a large snake (Boa) as my daughter had one for a pet in our home. I was paid to care for a neighbors cat when she went away a few times; fed, watered, held her and changed the music and litter once a day. I have special care training from my recent ex-employer regarding her hunting dog. She had gotten him from a shelter and he had been abused. He was unpredictable and territorial and very protective so I had to take extra care with him. We had no problems together and got along very well. Nero, the dog was also Vegan as was her cat, baby cat. They had a very special diet that had to be followed precisely. The exact amounts and only the type of food and treats that she allowed. It consisted of 1/2 cup of dry food mixed with 1/2 cup of water in the morning and 1 cup wet food at night. I cared for them a few different occasions for 2-3 days at a time. I was responsible for walking the dog 45min., to an hour on a leash, twice a day. My other employers hired me to care for their 2 boxing dogs at my home while they went on vacation for 10 days. The dogs lived in my home 24/7 and I was responsible for feeding, watering, playing with, taking them for walks, and attending their electric collars daily. I'm experienced, capable and loving. My Labrador had hip problems and the Dachshund had very poor eyesight, so I had to be caring and considerate of their special needs and slow the pace with the other dogs.
