I'm a caring, experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I have expertise in caring for children of different ages, from infants to teens. I enjoy a creating safe & nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm calm and patient, and I use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. I believe in open communication with parents and am always happy to discuss their child's day or any concerns they may have. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the lead of the parents. I love playing outdoors & indoors. I have a car for transportation. I grew up in Wichita, married 51 years, have 4 fantastic grown children, three adorable young grandchildren. I am looking for a few "select" mutually respectful families to care for, help and love while your family is at the precious age to need a caregiver.
