I am the mother of 3 grown children. I have been with Care. com for about 5 years. For the past year I have worked with 2 lovely families. Last summer I nannied for 15-month-old triplets boys. That was exciting! In November I signed up with a family with 5-month-old twins, a boy and a girl. They are a year old now and mom is putting them in daycare leaving me available again. Before that, I cared for a lovely 3-year-old boy. Most times I fed him his breakfast, took him on long walks, played for hours, helped potty train him. And actually I treated him as I would my own child. I love taking care of children. I love helping them with learning letters, colors, and numbers. I also enjoy reading to children. I enjoy having the child help me bake. I love to do painting/coloring and craft activities with the children. I have had the Whooping Cough and Flu vaccines. I have been trained in child and adult CPR. Last, but not least, I sing a mean lullaby... they fall asleep every time.

Janet is amazing in every way! She has helped me care for my two sons in my home for almost seven years. She began looking after my first son when he was still a newborn and has continued to nurture him as well as baby number two, who is now entering full day T-K, which is the only reason we no longer need her daily care. The nurturing care she provides is exemplary but in addition to the basics, she also cooks nutritious meals, brings over fun crafts, helped potty train both boys, and taught my eldest to read! She offers excellent childcare from newborn on up.
