Hello, have been caring for children for over 25 years. I am a career nanny and I truly love what I do. Most of my time as a Nanny has been spent with twins. They are my favorite! I love all babies, children and animals. I am kind, patient, loving and warm. I love the children I care for with all my heart. I am very in tune with babies and children and able to sense and respond well to all of their needs including their emotional needs. Children listen to me and are typically well behaved for me. I am very aware of the emotional needs of parents as well. If I can find a family who would welcome me along with my adorable, and well behaved, 2-year-old daughter, I would able to reduced my rate. Being able to bring her part of the week would be acceptable as well, Please let me know if you feel that having a playmate for your child would be an asset.

Janell is fabulous!! She was with our family for about 1 year, beginning when our children were 2.5 years old and 9 months old. She has tremendous experience and knowledge to share in all aspects of babies/toddlers, including potty training, nap adjustments, tantrums, eating habits, bottle weaning, development milestones, etc. and was so helpful with all of our children's transitions. With her experience, Janell is also completely respectful of parents' wishes/style, which made for an amazing balance in our home. She was always so gentle, calm, and loving with our kids. I always knew that my children were safe and well cared for when Janell was with them, and fully trusted her with all their care. "Janell days" were always days our kids looked forward to and we are so grateful for her time with our family! Highly, highly recommend!
