Janel is absolutely fantastic! She truly has a gift in caring for children. She has such a calming presence and is very intentional in her care. She quickly picks up on children's needs and meets them right where they are in that moment. She's very attuned to verbal and non-verbal cues as well as where a child is developmentally.
