Had a long conversation over the phone with Jane. She was set to start working that week. She told me to let her know if "anything changes." The day before I texted her to confirm her coming. Jane never responded to my phone calls or texts. I even sent her a message via the website. I kept thinking something happened to her. I spoke to one of her references and let them know I was concerned. The next day I received a message saying that she had sent me a message via care.com and that I must have not received it. Jane is all about Jane.
