Janay is a close friend of mine as I have known her for the past 3 years. She is a very welcoming person and someone who people come to talk to. I have seen her work with children and it is amazing. She is a very open person is willing to play and teach with all aged kids. She has a motherly type of caring for kids and her experience is vast. I recommend her for any position and age. She is committed to doing a great job and keeping all children safe and sound.
