Hi, my name is Janay. I am a responsible, caring, and dependable nanny with a strong passion for working with children. I am currently a college student and also serve in the Army Reserves as a Human Resources Specialist (42A), which has helped me develop excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills. I have experience assisting families with childcare, including supervising children, helping with homework, preparing meals, and creating a safe and engaging environment. I am patient, attentive, and understand the importance of building trust with both children and parents.
