Janaya was so helpful when I was in town for a wedding! She took the best care of my baby girl so I could enjoy the evening with friends. It was my first time leaving my baby and Janaya put my mind at ease the second she walked in the door! 

Janaya did a fabulous job caring for our toddler while we were in town for a friend’s wedding. Great communication, attention to detail and updates while we were away from our little. Janaya has been an amazing asset to our family! She’s been with us since my kiddos were 3 months and I returned to work. She will do developmental activities with them as well as fun crafts. And Janaya is also great with our little dog! Can’t recommend her enough💕

Janaya is the best nanny ever. She Nannie’s for me on several occasions. She was punctual each time. Janaya kept a good log of my baby’s schedule and activities. She kept my baby well engaged. If she’s ever in our area again I would definitely have her back. 

Janaya has helped tremendously with managing my 2 children while my work schedule has become more demanding.  She has been able to meet them off the school bus when I have to work late, entertain them, help with homework, facilitate dinner, bath and bedtime.  

She is an excellent communicator, has always been punctual, friendly and accommodating when we have needed to make changes to our schedule. 

The kids, a 7-yr old boy and 9-yr old girl, have enjoyed having her in our house and are excited when she is scheduled to be here.  We very much look forward to continuing to work with Janaya and hope she feels the same!

Janaya has done an amazing job helping us raise our daughter since she was 10 months old. She has been our full time nanny for 2 years. We are sad to see her go now that our daughter has started preschool.  She is incredibly knowledgeable and has exceeded our expectations when it comes to developing our child's cognitive and physical skills. 

Janaya is reliable, intelligent, and loving. She has been  responsible for general daytime supervision and care, driving our daughter to weekly activities/classes, and preparing (and sometimes planning) meals and snacks. She took our daughter on the best field trips to the park/playground, bookstore, and library in the midst of COVID concerns and made it possible for her to be around other children when it was safe. 

Janaya followed a complicated schedule to perfection and never got it wrong once. I have so much but ran out of characters. Potty trained her early. Highly recommended!

Janaya came to stay with my son for several hours on a weeknight.  Despite her car having broken down, she took a long taxi ride and was here a few minutes early.  She was kind and patient with our son and we will have her back in the future.

I never felt like I had to check in because I knew she was very capable. My son has certain social, emotional and developmental delays and she understood him and what my concerns we. Great experience, flexible schedule availability, same day response,  even provided some light housekeeping! Our boys loved her, she even put up with our rambunctious dogs. Can't wait to have her sit for us again for a future date night!

Janaya was tasked with entertaining two sets of siblings (4 children in total) who had not seen each other since they were babies while we were in town for a wedding. The hotel room, while somewhat spacious, was still quite small compared to a home and had no areas for the children to roam. Not only did she manage to keep the children entertained for hours without the television, but she brought games for them to play. She was patient and firm, which is the sign of an experienced childcare provider. My kids loved her. If we lived in North Carolina we would try to hire her full time. I definitely recommend her for your childcare needs.
