As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and childcare provider with 12 years of experience, I am passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive. My RBT background has strengthened my skills in patience, positive reinforcement, communication, and supporting children with a variety of developmental and learning needs, while my childcare experience allows me to confidently care for children from infancy through pre-teen years. I have completed Early Child Development coursework and prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Whether we're playing outdoors, doing crafts, participating in educational activities, or building social skills, I tailor activities to each child's needs and interests. I provide clear communication through written reports and verbal updates, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, am a skilled swimmer, and have reliable transportation.
